This coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, known globally for producing some of the most expressive and nuanced coffees in the world. Grown at altitudes between 1750 and 1950 meters above sea level, this heirloom-variety lot was processed naturally, allowing the full character of the fruit to develop during drying.

We’ve roasted it to a medium-light level to highlight its clarity and sweetness without sacrificing body. In the cup, you’ll find vibrant notes of melon, honey, and a syrupy depth. What makes this coffee particularly special is its texture—a remarkably smooth, creamy mouthfeel that brings balance to its brighter characteristics.
